Customer service is amazing! We have monthly monitoring and had cameras installed as well. We had a few issues with the cameras initially (likely a defective one from the manufacturer) but anytime we had a problem we got a quick response and had it resolved. They clearly care about their customers.

Pro-tech IS THE BEST! They saved us from ADT: My husband and I had secured our house with Pro-tech for YEARS, but when we moved houses and our new house was wired for ADT, we didn't really think there would be a big difference. We thought all security companies were the same... WE WERE WRONG. We had a HORRIBLE experience with ADT - the salesman stayed at our house for FIVE hours (on Valentines day! We missed our dinner reservation!) and changed the price he offered us three times - it felt like we were dealing with a timeshare salesman. THEN, they said they couldn't use the hard wired system in the house and we had to buy an entirely new digital system... the system was plugged into an outlet and super dinky - anyone could unplug it and stop the alarm from sounding. The sensors they put on our door fell off within two days (so we couldn't set the dinky alarm) and they told us it would be TWO WEEKS before someone could come out to fix it... TWO WEEKS without an alarm after we had just paid almost $2,000 two days before! We were so upset and ADT had really convinced us the dinky system was our only option. My husband suggested we call Pro-tech - they sent someone out the very next day... AND hard wired the system into the original "brain" in the house AND saved us almost $1,000! After they installed (which only took like an hour) they even called to check on the system and see if we needed anything - TOTALLY different experience than ADT (who would put us on hold for 45 minutes). I can't say enough about what a great experience we've had. We will never use another security company."

We've had the security system for going on two maybe 3 years and we've never had one issue! Fast service and some of the nicest people! We recently moved and went with a better package.. for less!!!

I would highly recommend Pro Tech Security. After much research for monitoring services, I went with them and I am so glad I did. The customer service I received from Mr. Tommy and from the person who installed and armed the equipment was great. The staff is very easy to reach at any time for questions or concerns.
